This quiet brick 4-flat, located on a tree lined residential street was built ca. 1930’s and acquired in 2004. It has gone through extensive renovation while maintaining the tall ceilings and oak paneled walls of the previous century. Each unit has been equipped with stainless-steel appliances including microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal, as well as full size washer/dryers. The units also offer beautiful sunrooms and private porches. New windows were added in 2020 and the roof was replaced in 2022.
